Charlize and Sean were dining Friday night at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica when cameras caught them in their car exiting. Eyewitness accounts say the couple exited through the kitchen in a vain attempt to avoid paps.

Bystanders also say the blonde covering her face is South African beauty, Charlize Theron. No biggie, right?

But wait. There's no engagement ring on Charlize Theron's left hand. So it refutes the story claiming Sean allegedly proposed to Charlize. It seems like Charlize is actually indicating to cameras that they have nothing to see.
