Clark County Firefighters in Las Vegas are battling a blaze at the Cosmopolitan Hotel's Bamboo Pool, located on the West end of their rooftop poolgrounds.

The story is currently developing with wide speculation as to how this blaze began.

The fire erupted just around noon on Saturday, leading firefighters to shut down the Vegas Strip between Flamingo and Tropicana. Tourists in the area have reported seeing dark smoke for miles away.
