To celebrate the occasion, the singer"'s official site posted song dedications from Beyoncé"'s family and friends. Beyoncé"'s mom, Tina, wrote about Stephanie Mills"' "Home," and how a 9-year-old Beyoncé "brought the house down" while performing the track at the Peoples"' Workshop. Sister Solange remembered Beyoncé humming "Holy Ghost" by Kim Burrell while being a "calming, beautiful spirit." Destiny"'s Child members, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, put up adorable dedications as well.

Perhaps the best and most heart-warming song dedications were done by Beyoncé"'s husband, Jay Z, and their daughter, Blue Ivy. "This song reminds me of you and I on vacation," Jay Z wrote about Coldplay"'s "Yellow." As for Blue Ivy, she went with a Disney song. "Mommy, you sung this to me all the time," she is quoted as saying about "Part of Your World" from The Little Mermaid. "Happy birthday, Mommy!"

The rest of the world, including the first lady, is celebrating what has become the annual phenomenon known as #BeyDay.
