Why, how did Kelly know?? I was totally looking for cheap chunky low-lights!

Kelly Osbourne, daughter to Ozzy and Sharon, went on her twitter to bash the alleged mistress/hairstylist to her father Ozzy Osbourne.

The rumor has split the married couple and now Michelle Pugh's — the alleged cheap chunky low light creator — phone number is on Twitter via Kelly.

But the twitter world was not kind to Kelly and there has been some condemning, partly some accusers calling Kelly O a bully.
